At Monsoon Mushrooms, we believe in helping our customers as far as possible and have therefore adopted a customer-friendly cancellation policy.
Order Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
Perishable Products

Monsoon Mushrooms does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as mushrooms, fresh produce, flowers, eatables, etc.

However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team on the same day of receiving the product.

The request will be processed after verification by the merchant.

If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, you must notify our customer service on the same day of delivery.

After reviewing your complaint, our Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.
Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by Monsoon Mushrooms, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.

The amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
