Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Monsoon Mushrooms, we believe in helping our customers as far as possible and have therefore adopted a customer-friendly cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

Perishable Products

  • Monsoon Mushrooms does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as mushrooms, fresh produce, flowers, eatables, etc.

  • However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team on the same day of receiving the product.

  • The request will be processed after verification by the merchant.

  • If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, you must notify our customer service on the same day of delivery.

  • After reviewing your complaint, our Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.

Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved by Monsoon Mushrooms, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
